Corn Pie Recipe from one of Beachwood Dental’s patients, Rachel

3 large eggs 
1 cup of creamed corn 
1 package of frozen corn (10 oz.) thawed and drained 
½ cup yellow cornmeal 
1 cup sour cream 
½ cup grated sharp cheddar cheese 
½ cup grated Monterrey jack cheese 
1 can (4 oz.) of green chiles 
¼ teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce 
½ teaspoon of salt 
¼ teaspoon of pepper
¼ teaspoon of red pepper flakes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a round pie dish generously with cooking spray.  

In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients. 

Pour into prepared baking dish and bake for 60 minutes, slice into wedges and serve. It is meant to be served as a side dish, not a dessert, and is a perfect complement to the Thanksgiving meal.
